Second person confirmed dead in Queensland boating incident

A second person has been confirmed dead following a boating accident off Queensland’s coastline. One person was killed yesterday after the vessel carrying 11 people capsized off Moreton Bay. Water police vessels, divers, Volunteer Marine Rescue and Coast Guard have been assisting in search efforts this morning. It brings the state’s death toll to five. The youngest victim is a nine-year-old girl whose body was located after she was feared lost in storm waters in Brisbane.
