Yemen: Thousands pledge support to Palestine at massive rally in Sana’a

Subscribe to our channel! Thousands of people gathered in Sana’a on Monday to rally in support of Palestine following days of its heavy military confrontations with the Israeli army. Masses of demonstrators were seen chanting slogans in support of Gaza civilians and the Palestinian resistance movement, and condemning what they describe as ’crimes’ perpetrated by the Israeli authorities in the occupied territories. The confrontation, which began with protests against evictions in East Jerusalem’s Sheikh Jarrah neighbourhood, escalated into an exchange of rockets and airstrikes killing 10 civilians and one soldier in Israel.
