Place a cooling rack on top to prevent it from curling. Grill for 15min over 180°C Salmon fish - check for pin bones then cut into small cubes Marinate salmon with soy sauce - 2 tablespoons, lime juice - 2 tablespoons Mix Sriracha sauce - 3 tablespoons with Japanese Mayo - 3 tablespoons. Combine sauce with Salmon then keep fish in fridge. Cook sushi rice.
