Even cold weather in Uzbekistan, kebab grills made in outside and people come this restaurants and order their meal and wait for prepared. After ready their kebabs, they took and enjoyed it.
This is kebab grill like “Turkish Kebap“. Very similar but not same. Those are differences from “Turkish Kebap“:
- Shorter but thicker
- No spice
- Only meat inside (ın Turkish kebap, meats, peppers, onions and tomatoes are mixed inside)
In Uzbekistan, you can find foods made by meat generally. Those food are really delicious and made my traditional method.
