Дядя Стёпа - Милиционер/Uncle Styopa, Policeman (with English subtitles)

A 1964 cartoon from the Soviet Union about a superheroic officer whose great stature is only matched by his even greater dedication to helping his people. From Soyuzmultfilm, directed by Ivan Aksenchuk and adapted from the children’s poem by Sergei Mikhailkov. The subtitles are based on a quick line-by-line translation of the poem that does not attempt to preserve meter or rhyme.
