ANITA WOOD - I’ll Wait Forever! Plus Great Photos with Elvis

Anita Wood was Elvis Presley’s primary girlfriend from August 1957 until September 1958, when the army shipped him off to Germany. Though their relationship was not the same when he was discharged (March 1960) as before, they continued to date until 1962. Anita also recorded for ABC-Paramount (1958) and Santo (1963). She is the uncredited vocalist exchanging vows with Andy Williams on the 1958 hit, “The Hawaiian Wedding Song (Ke Kali Nei Au).“
