Here I’ve broken down some of the theory I use when it comes to thinking about scheduling. I know it’s a long video, but I wanted to give the principles, thoughts and approach I use when it comes to figuring out how and when to best work, so that you can hopefully adapt the same techniques if they seem to make sense. There’s no easy, right or wrong way to get things done in the end, but there’s things that make it a bit easier or harder in the long term (at least in my experience).
