Ingredients:
Sugar 500 gr.
Liquid Glucose 100 gr.
Water 200 gr.
Gelatine leaves 11 unit.
Albumina powder 18 gr.
Passion fruit pure 175 gr.
Sosa passion fruit natural flavour 20 drops.
FOR THE COATING
Icing sugar 200 gr.
Corn starch 100 gr.
Dextrose 100 gr.
