Here is a step by step breakdown of Leg Lifts: Step 1 - Sit on the floor in a pike position - thats legs straight and together Step 2 - Place your hands outside your knees or a little further if possible Step 3 - Keeping your legs straight and toes pointed, lift one up off the ground as high as you can Step 4 - Put that leg back down and repeat with the other, alternating legs for reps That’s it!
