Gateway Classic Cars is excited to present this 2004 Ford Mustang convertible at our Milwaukee showroom. This 2004 Mustang is a little more special as it represents the 40th anniversary of an all- American icon. The first Ford Mustang was introduced at the New York Worlds Fair on April 17th, 1964. Unbelievably, 22,000 Mustangs were snapped up almost immediately at an MSRP of $2,368. Mustang was introduced by the legend Lee Iacocca as an inexpensive sports car for the masses.
The Mustang has become Ford’s most successful launch since the Model A. Ford projected sales the first year of 100,000 units which resulted in over 400,000 units sold with over 1 million units by year two of production. The Mustang has been so successful in fact, that the 300 millionth Mustang rolled off the line in 2003! This 2004 Ford Mustang convertible is a beautiful example, representing forty years of Mustang success. Gorgeous burgundy paint which is accented by a black vinyl interior and matching convertible top make this car a showstopper. This Mustang is nicely equipped with air conditioning, power windows, power locks, power seats, power convertible top, tilt wheel, cruise control, power steering, power brakes and an AM/FM/CD radio. All powered by a modular V-8 engine attached to a four- speed automatic transmission with electronic overdrive. Now is the time to drop the top and live the American dream. Mustang style!!
