GTA Vice City - 250 explosive barrels (EAX 3) - WARNING! Loud sound!

Emulated EAX 3 with DSOAL and EAX Alchemy Fix. It’s currently unstable. 250 is the limit for Vice City, but it only worked with 5x5x10.
