Last but not least, the 4th release of Spiritual Disease’s inaugural batch. The longest release of this batch, Blood Magic’s debut demo is of masterful Raw Black Metal brilliancy, not only fitting into the today’s paradigm as it is deeply rooted in the old dark arts. The ancient melodicism emanating from the superb riffing, that is rather dynamic and not suffering from one-dimensionality, as is a lot of nowadays Raw Black Metal, is perfectly matched by war-evoking keyboard work, superbly crude and distorted not only reminiscing back to great battles of old as to the Wallachian mountains and wilderness and the occult secrets they preserve, while the drumming sets the marching pace and the macabre vocals conjure plague spells upon the enemies.
