Then you need to learn how to work with this program. You can do it yourself - long and not so easy; or you can go to the courses and study there. That also takes money. For the cover of the book and good fotos you need to have the next program - Photoshop. It costs also much money. And to work with this program you need to pay for the studying, right? That is only a technical side of the problem, which now costs about 1500 euro. The rest - is your work with text - that took from me more than 4 months. And the most important is work. I’ve tatted every single ring and chain and made every foto from every ring!!! That took me more than one year. Then I needed to translate it from Russian into English!!!
