Joe Biden snubbed by Irish president’s dog during Dublin visit

Michael D Higgins was showing the US president the garden at his official residence when they encountered Misneach, one of the Irish president’s dogs. Misneach immediately began barking as Joe Biden approached, causing him to retreat.
