Georgia - Troops withdrawal

As Georgian armour withdrew, smoke was still rising from settlements in the troubled Gali region. The Abkhazian interior ministry accused Georgia of violating a ceasefire agreed late on Monday after a weekend of fighting that has left up to 100 dead.
