Majima’s final boss. Lao Gui, the most expensive hitman in all of Asia, hired by Sohei Dojima to end whomever he wants dead. For some odd reason, I think they have forgotten to replace Sam Lee’s voice with Lao Gui’s XD UPDATE: His voice has been fixed in a recent update.
