Cucumber Sandwiches White sliced bread Peel your cucumber I personally prefer a sandwich without the cucumber seeds, so I like to cut strips of cucumber with the vegetable peeler. Alternatively you could just cut thin slices with a knife. A few extra tips Take the butter /Cream cheese out of the fridge before using as this will ensure that it is sort and easy to spread on your fresh bread.
