J-20B has been busy! Latest Chinese stealth fighter test flights in Chengdu China

J-20 fighter video collection, A new video of the latest variant of Chinese J-20 stealth fighter surfaced online. It is a low quality video and can’t be verified. And there are a few computer generated photos better demonstrate the difference of the J-20B and the base model. The J-20B has an enlarged hump after the smaller canopy to reduce transonic drag. The hump helps to house more avionics and fuel. The J-35 also went through similar changes. It is believed that J-20B has the entire sensor and avionics suite upgraded. Also it will adopt the WS-15 turbofan engine. This engine is at the same level as the F-119 engine of F-22 fighter. Therefore the Chinese have closed the gap and currently in the process of building an engine at the same level as the F-135 of the F-35 fighter jet. The J-20B is considered to fulfill initial specification requirements of the J-20 project. For years the J-20A has been using less powerful engines.
