Do It Yourself - Bokashi Setup

This is a DIY Bokashi set up. I made a slight error when I said to make 5 pounds of bokashi. It is 10 pounds or 4.5 kilos. The trash cans I used were 22 gallon for the green outside ones and 12 gallon for the red inner one. I started my first load of kitchen waste today.
