KYOKUSHIN SEMINAR IN BELARUS 2023. P.4

A cycle of 5 methodical videos contains selected episodes and fragments of a specialized training seminar with Shihan Victor Fomin, held in Belarus on April 29-30, 2023. The videos are devoted to the fundamentals of Kyokushin Budo karate, especially the control of the correct body structure, centers of power, balance and energy. All videos systematically demonstrate the development of Hanshi Steve Arneil’s method – the techniques of semantic voicing of the rhythmics of technical actions in karate as an effective program for the energy mobilization of a fighter. In the 4th part of the cycle, in this connection, separate methods of mastering the basic Kyokushin kata (Taikyoku 1–3 and Pinan 1) are shown, the principles of control of bodily structures of power when working on makiwara are illustrated, including the use of whiplash in self-defense.
