About one minute into setting up our new Samsung Smart TV an Error / Warning Icon suddenly started showing on the TV Screen. We had no idea what this Samsung Error Icon meant and could not find information about it in our Samsung Smart Television User Manual or anywhere on the Internet. No matter what we did we could just not go further with the Samsung TV Setup Process. This Error / Warning Icon just kept appearing. We obviously contacted Samsung Support who asked us to send a photo of the Warning Icon we were seeing on our screen as they could not see what we were seeing as they were unable to remote access our television. The next we received an answer from Samsung Support.
