Countable nouns and uncountable nouns explained in SLOW EASY ENGLISH!
In English, we have both countable nouns and uncountable nouns. Countable nouns are things that are easy to count such as cars, tables, people, fingers, etc. Uncountable nouns are things that are not easily countable such as water, milk, sand, air, etc. And some nouns are both countable AND uncountable, depending on how you’re thinking about the item! You can also call these count and non-count nouns.
