The gunman who killed at least 15 people at university in Prague was a student, police say. Another 24 people were injured - and the gunman was found dead. The student was from a village near Prague, and his father was found dead earlier on Thursday. Prime Minister Petr Fiala says he has cancelled upcoming engagements in light of the “tragic events“.
