This is the harmony used on the album Upper harmony means the harmony right above lead, or two parts below lead. I recommend that the Soprano/Baritone sings this part. Tenor sings the “Lower harmony“ which really is the harmony below lead... if that makes sense. Alto/Tenor doubles lead.
