Forgotten by many, Mario Sammarco(December 13, 1868, although some sources say 1867 - January 24, 1930)was an incredible baritone who was born in Palermo. Great clarity of vowels, balanced registration, and very little constriction. He studied with Franz Emmerich, the teacher of Adamo Didur.
