Modern House with Rooftop Deck on Lake Michigan South Shore - 2021 Updates

This modern house was originally completed in 2017. The client had us make a modification to capture a deck over part the garage to expand the bedroom here. We also raised the height of some rooftop deck walls for greater privacy, and added a retractable canopy defined by the three beams in the roof alcove.
