Full title reads: “Hyde Park. 500 Business Girls. Shop assistants, secretaries, typists, telephonists etc. give beautiful display of rhythm and grace in combined physical exercises.“ Hyde Park, London. Large group of women march along path in Hyde Park. They are all wearing white tops and black skirts. High angle shot of women doing keep fit displays. A crowd is watching - in the background is the River Thames. More shots of the girls marching on. Another high angle shot of the PT display. The girls are now kneeling and swaying from side to side in time with the music. They then get up and start moving around. Closer shots of the women standing on one leg while extending the other.
