Full title reads: “Dublin. The Wheel of Fortune - for somebody! - and if it wasn’t for you this time - well - there’s the Derby!!“ Dublin, Eire, Republic of Ireland, Southern Ireland. Women sit on chairs on decorated stage. They are sitting in front of large rotating drum device painted with clouds. People sit in front of the stage and a man stands to one side. The women (we can now see that they are nurses) stand up and open numbered doors in the rotating drum. They reach in and one by one retrieve pieces of paper which they then hold aloft. Different angle. A man walks along to each woman and makes a note of each one’s number. C/U clear spinning drum - like a tombola draw - being rotated.
