Go Back IN SHAPE Intermediate|Advanced BALLET BARRE with Maria Khoreva

Today we’re doing a more intense ballet barre which is honestly my favorite! I’ve tried to create something I would be comfortable doing every day going back in shape or just keeping up with ballet muscle work - more of a stamina challenge, longer combinations but still not too fast paying attention to all of the little details. Today we’re also incorporating lots of port de bras and arms coordination which I’ve been finding really beneficial lately! Hope you enjoy and as always please leave your feedback in the comments!!
