Baby Born With Heart Outside of Chest Allowed to Go Home

Vanellope Wilkins was born with her heart on the outside of her body. She was born in November 2017 in the U.K. and, nearly a year later, Vanellope is making the transition from hospital to home. Her mom, Naomi, was in the early stages of pregnancy when she found out about her daughter’s condition.
