Revolutionary Girl Utena AMV about love, betrayal, and ending up right where you started despite tremendous effort to leave. Haha I don’t want to nerd out too hard, but I made this around the idea of a literal revolution, as in one complete rotation. Even though that’s not technically what “revolution“ means in the Japanese anime title, it’s a really strong motif in the series: the endless dueling, the chicken-and-the-egg problem with the world Akio wants born, etc. That’s why it starts out with a record player and a carosel, and why it ends the way it started :p.
