Autumn Fairy House Using Jar & Air Dry Clay, Easy DIY Thanksgiving Craft idea

Looking for Thanksgiving craft idea or decorations? How’s about this autumn fairy house? Look! we have cornstalk at the entrance with miniature pumpkins and autumn leaves. I re-use my jam’s jar to create this house with acorn cap roof. I use homemade air dry clay (based on my texture paste recipe basic ingredients: plaster, flour, and adjusted amount of water). If you have not watched my video, here is the link: I have done a little experiment with new clay recipe. It’s something like cold porcelain clay but based on my own interpretation. The ingredients are plaster, flour, glue, baby oil, and water. I mix the wet clay with acrylic paints to make colored clay for some details so I don’t need to paint it. I am very happy with the result. It has a look and feel like polymer clay, air dried, and dry faster than conventional cold porcelain clay. Anyway, if you used to work with oven baked polymer clay, you can use that material for this
