Maharaja (of India) at Brooklands. Titles read: ’His Highness Shri Rajendra Singhji The Maharaj Rana Bahadur of Jhalawar & party at Brooklands, Surrey.’ Then opens w/ shot of the Maharajah (in western suit and bowler hat) & party; w/ several British people as well; standing in front of a row of cars. Maharaj pulls out a cigarette & 2 of his staff fall over themselves to light it for him. They stand around talking. All men except 1 British woman; wearing a cloche hat. The maharaja w/ a Mr Scott & Mr Webb; driving race car (Talbot 33?) - w/ headlights very close together. Tracking shot from a car in front as they drive round track. Track is rather wet.
