Police (Federal Agent) Harasses Photographer

Recorded on January 24, 2010 using a Flip Video camcorder. Tampa FL outside of Federal Court House. I was taking still photos and was stopped and questioned by this Federal Agent. His remarks about freedom and liberty are telling.
