While I tried to mention everything, what I focused most on was influenced by what I am (American Mainline Protestant) so I focus most on the history of Protestants and American Christians. 2. This is nowhere CLOSE to an adequate summary of Church history. This is meant to give people a starting place to begin learning more in a way that’s understandable to all. 3. It’s impossible to make this completely unbiased, so I understand that the way I tell some of these narratives are disputable.
