The Hotelier and Nurse Who Worked The Battlefield | Corpse Talk
The dead famous come to life in this animated history show based on the popular “Corpse Talk” graphic novel series by Adam and Lisa Murphy. Born in 1805 in Jamaica, Mary Seacole learned to become a “Doctress” from her mother who owned a hotel. She later used those skills on the battlefields of the Crimean War by both building a hotel and tending to the wounded. It was an extraordinary life!
