Famous Upright Walking Female Gorilla Tamba

During this video famous female Gorilla Tamba from the Port Lympne Wild animal park in Kent is walking upright (bipetal) a few times. She’s the aunt of Gorilla Lope and Shufai and just like her famous brother Ambam. A real family trade. They don’t just do it for a few seconds, they actually feel very comfortable walking in the upright position. If you watched this channel before, you know Gorilla Lope does it on a regular basis and his younger brother Shufai also walks upright. Tamba is waiting for some food at the feeding site. Here, the food gets thrown down from the roof. I’m not sure who the female was that was with her. A big branch of leaves gets thrown down which Tamba grabs and she straight away goes to the upright position with her branch of leaves in her hand.
