Javier Limón’s “’Un trago de tu vida“ performed by Tonina Saputo and Javier Limón as part of Refugio del Sonido (Refuge of Sound). Berklee: Subscribe: Facebook: Twitter: Instagram: Site: “Refugio del Sonido” (Refuge of Sound) is a Mediterranean Music Institute, El Pais and CasaLimon initiative. The project is a tribute to Mediterranean cultures with the aim to raise awareness of the refugee crisis and collect funds for NGO Doctors Without Frontiers (Médicos Sin Fronteras) work with refugees and displaced peoples. A small percentage will go towards an MMI action in the refugee camps. 4 CDBooks will be launched on four consecutive Sundays with El Pais newspaper beginning on Sunday 22nd, sold for 2,95 euros. These sets include music composed by Javier Limon and performed by Limon with Berklee students; essays by over 40 authors, journalists, and artists; and the visuals of international photojournalists and illustrators.
