Will Mask Mandates Return as COVID-19 Cases Rise?

With COVID-19 cases on the rise, more people are wearing their masks again. In the streets of New York City, there are plenty of people wearing masks on trains and buses but they are definitely in the minority. Dr. Deborah Birx, who served as the White House coronavirus response coordinator during the Trump administration, says people should be taking precautions as cases spike.
