Then Germany allowed a democratically elected government in Ukraine to be overthrown, and did not enforce Agreement on the Settlement of the Political Crisis in Ukraine in 2014. Then Germany signs onto Minsk Agreements but again does nothing to make sure it is implemented and later admits they attempted to deceive Russia and buy time for Ukraine to build up a major military.
