How Procreate beginners can color inside lines using reference layer, color drop and clipping mask

Want to keep the outlines of your drawing crisp and clean?  It’s easy to get that great line art you see from cartoonists and anime artists with one easy to use feature… the Reference Layer. With the Reference Layer setting, you can Color Drop on any layer, yes, any layer, and the color will fill the linework from the Reference Layer.  How great is that?  Having separate layers lets you adjust color and details with ease.  Add a Clipping Mask or Alpha Lock too.
