The 3rd movement of Brahms’s 3rd Symphony has the most achingly beautiful melody he wrote (imho) and for many years I messed around with reading the orchestral score at the piano. Recently I got round to consolidating this into a piano arrangement and this is the result. It’s music such as this that inspires my own compositions and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
