Multi-Russia: the Perm region Today’s Multi-Russia is about the Perm region. A period of the Earth’s geological history is called a Perm period. Perm Opera and Ballet Theatre runs annual Diaghilev Festivals in memory of sensational Diaghilev Russian Seasons. The latter were annual foreign tours of prominent Russian artists, arranged by legendary ballet impresario Sergei Diaghilev.
