A War Trophy (1920-1929)

A War Trophy - Birkenhead’s Own Captured German Gun. Merseyside. Very short film of a field gun used in World War One. Some police officers push it into place for a public display in a street or square. Crowd gathered to see the gun; which has a sign on top identifying it as having been used by the 7th Division at Loos on Sept. 25; 1915. Foggy; rainy day.
