Ukraine SBU Chief Admits Graphic Killings Amid Russia Arrest Order; Zelensky Rejigs Security Brass

Ukraine’s security service (SBU) chief Vasyl Maliuk dismissed a Russian order to arrest him. On March 26, Moscow’s Basmanny court issued an order to arrest Maliuk in absentia, as part of a probe into a 2022 explosion at the Kerch bridge. Maliuk also gave a television interview detailing extra-judicial killings of Ukraine’s opponents in Russia. The interview came as Russia accused Ukraine of masterminding the attack on a Moscow concert hall, which killed at least 139.
