6:30 am abs/core, curvy, and slim waist work out | My second workout video | Mini story time

Hello, welcome to my channel! This video includes partial of my core workouts that are helping my abs to become more visible. I have specify how many sets I did, and sometimes the sets increase but since this is my first time showing y’all my core workout I kept it at a minimum. Remember that doing these workouts once doesn’t bring results, consistency is important, the more you do them the flatter, slimmer, and stronger your stomach will become. Go at your own pace but challenge yourself, breath, take breaks if needed but for a short period of time and most importantly hydrate with water.
