Overwatch 2 - Why is there a T-Posing Soldier 76 on the Halloween menu?

For some reason Blizzard left a T-Posing Soldier:76 on the menu screen during the Overwatch 2 Halloween Event. Can you spot him asserting his dominance with his T pose skills?
