Other World - Of Death And Alteration

OTHER WORLD is an atmospheric/experimental Black Metal act formed 2012 in California as the solo project of multi-instrumentalist Christopher A. (SUFFERING IN SOLITUDE, BLACK SALVATION) which has spawned five releases to date. In 2022 OTHER WORLD became a fully-fledged band with the addition of Stephen Parker (MAESTUS, ex-PILLORIAN) on vocals and Jacob Holland on bass. The band’s first collaborative effort “Of Death and Alteration“ - a digital-only single and stylistic taster for their upcoming second full-length – combines the melodic wistfulness and lyrical despondency of post-Black Metal and the crushing power of expansive Death/Doom Metal into a potent, dexterous epic which foretells of exciting things to come.
