The A-lister won Best Performance in a Movie honors for his role in “Top Gun: Maverick“ at the MTV Movie and TV Awards on Sunday night and proved art really does imitate life in his mid-air acceptance speech. Tom thanked fans while piloting a jet in a pre-recorded segment and displayed his popcorn statue in the cockpit with him before making a daring exit.
