In this TouchDesigner tutorial we create a comic look using three different layers: lines, colors/patches and the grid.
Tip: To work with an input image with alpha, use the “input“ output as an alpha channel in the Reorder TOP. Then select the alpha channel in the color field of the geo to get rid of all the points that are shown on the alpha part of the image. Make sure you change the pixel format to RGBA as well.
